These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website 2alfa.org and all services provided by 2Alfa d.o.o., a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Slovenia (VAT: SI37315374), with its registered office in Slovenia (collectively, "2Alfa", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing this website, booking an apartment, scheduling an appointment at our manicure studio, or downloading any of our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General provisions

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 2Alfa d.o.o. They apply to all three lines of activity operated by the company: short-term apartment rentals, the manicure studio, and the mobile applications we publish (including, without limitation, ZTL Italia and ZTL Navi).

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that a legal guardian has consented on your behalf, and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

2. Apartment rentals

2.1 Booking

Apartments are booked either through third-party platforms (such as Airbnb or Booking.com), or directly through us. When you book through a platform, the platform's terms apply in addition to ours; in case of conflict between the platform's terms and ours, the platform's terms prevail in respect of payment processing and platform-specific guarantees.

2.2 House rules

Each apartment has specific house rules provided to you upon booking confirmation. You agree to respect quiet hours, no-smoking and no-pet policies (unless explicitly approved), and the maximum occupancy stated in the listing.

2.3 Damage and cleanliness

You are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, its furnishings or appliances during your stay, beyond reasonable wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge the cost of repairs or replacements, supported by invoices and photographs.

2.4 Cancellation

Cancellation policies follow the policy disclosed on the booking platform (where applicable) or the policy communicated to you in writing for direct bookings. We do not offer refunds for early check-out.

3. Manicure studio

3.1 Appointments

Our manicure studio operates strictly by appointment. Appointment times are confirmed in writing (email or messaging app). Walk-in requests are accepted only when our schedule allows.

3.2 Hygiene

We sterilise all reusable instruments after every client and use single-use files, buffers and orange sticks. Clients with active infections of the skin or nails are kindly asked to reschedule.

3.3 Cancellation and no-shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a request for advance payment for future appointments.

3.4 Pricing

The price of each service is communicated before the appointment begins. We do not add surprise charges. VAT is included in displayed prices unless otherwise stated.

4. Mobile applications

4.1 Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our mobile applications on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the relevant application store (Google Play, Apple App Store) and to these Terms.

4.2 Nature of the service

Our applications — ZTL Italia, ZTL Navi and any future applications — provide informational assistance for drivers travelling through Italy. They are not a navigation system of record, and they do not guarantee that you will avoid traffic fines. The data on restricted-traffic zones, parking and routes is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or outdated. You are solely responsible for complying with traffic laws.

4.3 In-app purchases

Where an application offers a paid version (such as ZTL Italia Pro), the purchase is processed entirely by the application store. We do not see your payment details. Refund requests must be addressed to the application store under their respective policies.

4.4 Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the applications; remove any copyright or trademark notices; redistribute the applications; use them for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

5. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed either directly through the relevant third-party platform (booking platforms, application stores) or, for direct apartment bookings and salon appointments, through methods agreed in writing. Refunds are governed by:

  • the cancellation policy of the booking platform, for apartment rentals booked there;
  • our written cancellation policy, for direct bookings;
  • the application store's refund policy, for in-app purchases;
  • our internal policy for the salon (no-show fees, late-cancellation fees).

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovenian and EU law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services we provide is limited to the amount you actually paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the Republic of Slovenia or applicable EU consumer protection law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the name "2Alfa" and "2Alfa d.o.o.", and the names of our applications, is the property of 2Alfa d.o.o. or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court at the seat of 2Alfa d.o.o. in Slovenia, except where mandatory consumer protection rules grant a consumer the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

For consumers resident in the European Union, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after the revision date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
